I love hot chocolate especially this time of year. Here is my recipe…..not for the faint of heart.
8 ounces milk
2 ounces chopped chocolate (I use milk chocolate but use whatever is your favorite)
Warm milk in sauce pan over medium heat until warm then add chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Pour into your favorite mug and top with whipped cream.
I use peppermint whipped cream sometimes it is so good. If I don’t have any of it then I put in a peppermint stick.
